Justin's approach: quick, effective, engaging. Leaders value his impact on resilience and coaching.
When we met with Justin to discuss the concept of him delivering guidance to the leadership group as a whole and coaching some leaders on a longer-term basis, he was able to identify the best approach based on a short conversation. Unlike some other providers, we did not have to conduct several preparatory sessions and questionnaires before we could get the program underway. We met on a Friday, agreed to and delivered a session two weeks later.
Justin advised us to leverage the Attuned Survey to identify individual motivators. He then had individual sessions with each leader to help them understand the outputs. This was ahead of a workshop on Resilience delivered on-site to the group. We believe that the pre-sessions were invaluable to the success of the on-site group session. Justin was really engaging, and the feedback from the leaders following his session was incredibly positive, and everyone wishes to avail of the coaching opportunities.
We believe that Justin is as invested in the success of this program for Nostra as we are and has worked closely with us since we engaged with him.
